Frequently Asked Questions

You can register for any public course offering on our web site at www.cascadetraining.com or by calling our customer support staff at 877-277-6778 during business hours. If you are an employee of a facility or entity that is contracted with the Cascade Training Center and you have been issued a coupon code, you will need to register online through a portal specifically set up for your organization. Contact your training administrator/manager or contact our customer service staff for more information.
Customer support staff can be reached at 877-277-6778, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:30PM PST, excluding holidays. You can contact our staff 24/7 via email at training@cascadetraining.com and our emergency voicemail system is accessible through our toll-free number after hours.
If you cannot attend your scheduled course, you must contact the Training Center at least 48 hours prior to the start time of the class by phone at 877-277-6778 or by email at training@cascadetraining.com. The Training Center staff will move you to another available course or issue a course credit (see "What if I have to cancel my enrollment in a class?"). You cannot transfer your enrollment online.
If you have been issued a coupon code you will need to register on the web via the portal address specific to your facility. Contact your facility manager or the Cascade Training Center customer support staff at 877-277-6778 to get your facility specific web portal address.
Once a course fills to capacity it is no longer visible on our web site or portal systems. If you have questions about your course or would like to get another confirmation email sent to you, please contact 877-277-6778.
The Cascade Training Center does not offer refunds once your registration is complete. If you have an emergency that makes you unable to attend the course, you must contact the Training Center 48 hours prior to the start time of the class. The Training Center Staff will move you to the next available course or issue a course credit. Course credits can only be applied to the same type of course, cannot be used by another person and must be used within 90 days of the missed course. Once a credit is applied, the student must attend that course as a credited course will not be refunded or credited a second time. If you registered using a coupon code from your facility, you must notify our staff 48 hours before the start of your course. If you fail to notify our staff that you cannot attend, your facility may still be billed for your registration.
