Chris Conklin

Director of Operations

Chris joined Cascade Healthcare's training division in 2007 as customer service specialist and BLS Instructor. Since then Chris has instructed over 1,000 courses and grown with the organization into a Director of Operations role. He now oversees the WA market and works directly with Cascades larger enterprise accounts.

When Chris is not at work he enjoys concerts, poker, golf, fantasy sports, attending Seattle Seahawks games, and spending time with his wife, son, and golden retriever.

Travis Pittman

Operations Manager

Travis became involved in public safety and emergency medical services right out of high school. His first job out of high school was an Emergency Room Technician at Tacoma General Hospital. That is where his passion for emergency medicine grew and moved him into pre-hospital work. He went to Paramedic school and has worked in many systems as an EMT and Paramedic. Travis pursued a full-time education position to have the highest impact on patient care out comes by educating his peers and community in the most up-to-date resuscitation guidelines and skills into their practice. Travis has been with Cascade since September 2011.

In his free time he loves spending time cooking and adventures outdoors with his wife and daughter.

Kendra Fish

Client Support Specialist

Kendra started at Cascade Training in the beginning 2016. She has always had a passion for serving those around her and has countless hours of volunteer work. When Kendra was first offered a job as a Client Support Specialist she immediately asked if she could be a CPR instructor as well. She is very excited to be helping healthcare providers on a daily basis and cannot wait to help train them to return patients to their loved ones.

When Kendra is not at work she likes to attend hockey games, golf, bake, be outside, and hang out with friends, family, and their pets. She is also a musician, she loves to sing, play her clarinet, and is learning the piano.

Sarah Mongiat

Client Support Specialist

Sarah is very proud to be considered the "smile" of Cascade's Seattle office. Having worked in the customer service field for many years and growing up with a parent who was a healthcare professional, she is pleased to bring her experiences to this position and improving students' interactions with the organization.

A recent transplant to the Pacific Northwest from the Midwest, Sarah enjoys exploring Seattle's neighborhoods on the weekends, as well as keeping busy with reading and crafts.
