Joanna is originally from New Jersey and has lived in Portland, Oregon since 2013. She has decades of experience in various customer service roles, including retail, paralegal, and front desk manager at a gym.

Joanna enjoys powerlifting, writing, and heading to the coast whenever possible. She has an extremely vocal cat named Hank and feels very close to convincing him that he is, in fact, a dog.
