Vancouver, WA CPR, ACLS, PALS, BLS & First Aid Certification Training Courses

The Cascade Training Center is a leader in resuscitation training and has been providing courses from the American Heart Association in Vancouver, Washington since 2008.

The BLS for Healthcare Providers - Classroom Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.

Course Content:

1 & 2-Rescuer CPR and AED for adult, child and infant, Bag-mask techniques for adult, child and infant, CPR with an advanced airway, Critical concepts of high-quality CPR, Differences between adult, child and infant rescue techniques, Key changes in basic life support, reflecting the new science from the Current American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care, Relief of choking for adult, child and infant, Rescue breathing for adult, child and infant, The American Heart Association Chain of Survival.

All courses are available to the public and surrounding hospitals, fire departments and clinics as well as individuals in the community. Other healthcare and lay rescuer courses are offered by the Cascade Training Center at other local hospitals and regional Training Operation Centers. Private Courses:

All ACLS, PALS, PEARS and CPR courses are official American Heart Association courses. Upon successful course completion, an AHA certification card is issued on site immediately following the course at the course location. AHA credentials are valid for two years.
