If you are trying to validate an AHA eCard, please visit www.heart.org/cpr/mycards. Under the section titled "Employers," simply input the eCard credential ID and click "Submit." A PDF file will automatically download containing the student's AHA eCard. If you receive a message saying "Invalid eCard number. Please re-enter." this may mean that the student has not yet activated their eCard. If the student does not know how to activate their eCard, they can contact our staff at 877-277-6778 or firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If you do not see your eCard activation email within 72 hours, try checking your spam or junk folder within your email account. If you do not see the email there, please call our staff at 877-277-6778 to confirm that your email address was input correctly.
- Make sure you are claiming your AHA eCard from a personal computer, not a smartphone or tablet. Sometimes AHA's system is not compatible with these devices.
- Check for a firewall. This is often an issue when trying to claim an AHA eCard from a workplace computer.
- Try another web browser. Cookies can lead to complications with AHA's website.
