Frequently Asked Questions

All of our Training Centers provide regularly scheduled classes for most offered curriculums to the public. Some training locations may only provide classes to contracted or private groups. A complete and up to the minute listing of all classes available to the public can be viewed on our website at: www.cascadetraining.com
Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility or provide accommodations for family members at our training facilities while you are taking classes. Due to the potential distraction to other students in a class, Cascade does not allow any individual not registered for a course to attend a course or occupy space in our Training Centers while a family member is in class.
Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility or provide accommodations for pets at our training facilities while you are taking classes.
Some of our training centers have private non-restroom space available for breast pumping during scheduled breaks/lunch. Not all training centers have these accommodations. Please contact our customer service representatives for information on the specific training location that you are interested in taking your class. If that is available at your course location, please contact the Training Center during business hours prior to your course date to reserve this space.
Most of our curriculums require active participation including providing skills in (a) simulation scenario(s). Each curriculum has administration guidelines that address minimum skill requirements as well as reasonable accommodations. Please contact the Training Center prior to your course date to get information about the specific course and how that will affect your ability to complete the course.
Most of our Training Centers have facilities to store your lunch in a refrigerator while you are in class. Please select the "Training Locations" link in the top menu bar of this website and the location you are taking your class to get the specific information about each location.
All of our Training Centers offer filtered water free of charge. Some of our facilities also offer coffee free of charge. All are within walking distance of coffee shops if ours does not suit your taste. Classes offered at locations other than our Training Centers may or may not have coffee/water.
We are unable to store bicycles inside of our Training Centers. However, we have exterior areas at most of our locations that students can secure their bicycles during class. The Cascade Training Center does not take any responsibility for your bicycle if you choose to secure it on premises. Contact our customer service representatives for information related to specific Training Centers.
Currently our Training Center in Portland, OR (The Water Tower at John's Landing) has onsite electric car charging stations. Contact our Portland Training Center for more information on charging your electric car there.
Cascade is dedicated to being environmentally responsible. All of our Training Centers recycle and many have added the ability to compost. Ask any onsite Training Center representative for assistance with these services.
